Uploading Java games to Sanyo 5400 via cable?

We have successfully deployed on other Sanyo phone models (i.e. 4900, 8100 and 5300) with the cable using BuraDown software. There is a BuraDown made especially for the Sanyo 5500 and 5400. For example, in Sanyo 5300, we need to follow this path: Menu, Tools/Extras, PC Sync, PC Sync Mode, we press on PC Sync Mode and we connect the USB cable to the device and we deploy. In Sanyo 5400 and 5500, we do the same steps; Menu, Tools/Extras, PC Sync, and there is no PC Sync Mode. Nothing indicating that we need to connect the USB cable and if we do connect the cable either in that menu or in the main menu (like Sanyo 8100), we get the following error message: “descriptor file is wrong”.

We tried to modify the .jad thinking it might be the problem but we finally concluded that the error is general and doesn’t refer directly to the .jad. Finally we tried looking for support of the BuraDown software on the net. Support is untraceable or non-existent.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
