He-Heey !
S40 users, I'd like to hear from you ... either confirming or denying the statistic regarding the S40's reliability as I outlined in this thread ... that was started in the lounge

What are you experiences so far ?
Any negatives ?
Any Screen/Software/electronics or battery problems ?

Inputs will be appreciated ...

My S40 is great, no problems....

It still works like it's out of the box and I have had for about 7 months now and I use it all the time (near 7 hours of actually conversation a day). The calendar and contact option has everything I need in a pinch when I don't feel like carry my Palm. I find the RF performance is something to be desired, but it works when I need it to. The speaker is still working great and the screen is just as crisp as always...

I've had mine for about a year. I just had the firmware flashed a few weeks ago so it should have been in a good state.

I'm visiting the UK this week and the phone just died. It was runnning slowly so I decided to reboot it. When I turned it off the phone wouldn't respond at all. I called customer service and they said I need to send it in. I guess I'll have to do that when I get back to the States.
