Digitial PIMP = Buffer Underun Error w/Outlook

Can not synch Outlook Successfully. PIMP gets to about 90%, then bombs out with Bufferunderrun with Patch 3 (latest) version...
Im using the LG VX 6000 with the Radio Shack(FutureDial) Cable..
Any suggestions??
