BitPim .62 on a 6000, help!

I just installed version .62 for use on my VX6000. When i click on the "+" button to get information from my phone, i get the "The phone is not responding transitioning mode from none to brew", or something close to that. How do I get it to work, I reinstalled the drivers, and still it doesn't work. Please help me! All I want to do is get my pictures onto the computer. Thanks in advance!!!

Sounds like you are using the official version of BitPim .62 Try this version which was modified by Goozie11 to work with the VX6000: http://www.cowger.us/bitpim-0.62-forVX6000-setup.exe

Since you already have the official version of .62 installed you could just replace the exe with this one: http://www.cowger.us/bitpim.exe

Using the Vx6000 modified version should fix the problem.

can you use the Verizon mobile office kit cable with Bitpim? I can't get it to work at all, it just sits there....thanks
