1. How do I activate the Voicemail? I'm getting messages telling me to activate it?

you activate Voicemail by calling a certain number check ur service provider manual itl tell u in tht. Cingualr im guessing is your service provider i don't know anything about them so i dunt know wht number it is to activate voicemail.

to change the Cingualr bit which is the "operator logo" u have to go to a site with logos and have it sent to you. i cant help you here only site i know is www.free-ringtones-free-logos.com but that for peopel in the Uk only.

to activate voicemail....cal #44 and that will call your mailbox, if that doesnt work, call your phone # and then set it up. free blank logo at www.jhonny.org/wap code # 112117.....but you have to have wap on your phone to do that. do you?

then what he has to do is get the data cable for that phone, if there is one and up it to the phone. but nokia pc suite might not support his phone......the final conclusion..get a new phone

There seems to be no in call timer or summary after call on this phone.

I am sure can go into menu while in call to show the call time but this can be too tedious. And then to check after call is like the same. With unlimited MTM & Unlimited NW & plenty of rollover I really don't need to check call time but still think it's nice to have.

There will be a service.Means Type your fav word e.g your name in a sms then send it to your service provider then you will receive a picture message of your name which can be use on a standby screen.
