I tried downloading updated drivers for both 4400 and 6000 and neither worked, couldn't find 4500 drivers. Don't know what to do at this point, just very frustrated :-(

Any Info on this question? Or any other software I could use to transfer ringtones/graphics OTHER than bitpim?

Well, I am using BitPim 7 test.8, and it works ok. I think the bitfling has to do with programming over the internet, and I think that is an option you can toggle on or off. I use the USB to Serial cable that came with Verizon's Mobile Office Kit, ( just $25 on Verizon's site) and I usually have to get some data off the phone twice before I get a stable connection.
