I know A56i has GRPS and the ATT firmware. I found that Freia only supports the A55...Is it possible to unlock the A56i?

i'd say it was the same thing, just select A55 and push unlock it'll probably work.

I am also interested in unlocking the a56i, could you please provide more information on the testpoint method?

testpoint method requires removing a resistor on the board of the phone

this resistor is whats called testpoint and keeps programs such as friea from being able to boot them

How do I recognize which one is the (testpoint resistor)
Can you please be more specific on which resistor needs to be remove, if you have a picture of it that would be very helpful.

Thank you
