Strange Voice Dial Error

Hey, this is my first time posting even though I've been browsing the forums for about a month now. I've been getting a weird error whenever I try to use voice dialing, and was wondering if anyone else had the same problem or a solution. I'm about to take my 8900 back to Verizon to try to get it replaced.
Anyway, whenever I voice dial my house, the phone usually turns white and says "mcsup.c 01689". Then it proceeds to reboot. It has only happened on my house number thus far, and I've tried deleting the contact and re-entering it, and even re-doing the voice command.
I browsed the forums for this error message, but came up empty handed. If anyone has anything to say about this, it is appreciated. Thanks.

I had that problem on my first 8900 and took it back immediately for replacement.
VZW has their stinky fingers wrapped so tightly around the software in their phones (i.e. disabling features, overwriting your caller id with their logo, etc.) that they are totally f'ing up the phones. The second one would lock up at random, and erased all my pics taken with the phone.
The T720 was a different story, that was totally Motorola's fault.
I am on my THIRD 8900.
VZW had better not try and pick the lint out of their belly button, or they might poke themselves in the eye! I used to be so happy with them, but this proprietary s/w is BS.
Hey Verizon; CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?
GOOD!

Haha thanks for getting back to me. Did you have any problems returning your phone? I don't have any extended warranties, so are there any tips I should know before I go in? The reps around my house are such a..holes.

the first time, I walked in, showed them what the phone was doing (did it every time I dialed a certain #) and they were actually.... dare I say, apologetic?
the second time, the tech dept. guy was willing to swap it out for a refurbished unit, but looked at me a little crooked. I set him straight though. I told hm a little story about BREW vs JAVA.
...lol
He realized that I knew more about the programming in the phones than he did, and changed his tune, actually asked me about a couple things. It ended up being a mutually pleasant transaction.
