Not likely to happen. Wireless key's their purchased software to the individual phone. While the hash they use can be compromised, all services are provided through their servers. The hash must be registered on their server.

Now it is entirely possible to developed your own server and software for these services. However, no one has stepped to the plate...

than its not worth it.... iv used webviewer and while its a neat thing to have, it does get annoying as the display on a 730 at least , is either way to big so you see everything smooshed or way too small so its hard to read, i think this would be better on a i 860 as it has a larger screen but on a 95 or 730 i wouldnt

well I've switched to a treo 600 on verizon from my i95 so i wouldn't need a total connect plan. I just figured that since it's a java app that someone here might know since the nextel community seems to get things done a lot quicker than everyone else. If nextel ever releases a real phone then I may come back but for now I'll use my treo.

Using their server works fine for me. I set up a Hotmail account to send pics or reference texts to so I can access them from my phone via hotviewer. It still eats up Total connect megs though. What we need is a JAVA viewer with aloadable JAVA DB that can be changed or updated via cable...
That would cut out the TC charges.
