Problem deleting wallpaper

Weird problem just started happening. I always delete files on the phone itself and for some reason now when I try to delete a file, the name stays, but when I go back in and try to view the image it's just blank (white). Any reason why my phone is doing this, and is there anyway to fix it, thanks.
UPDATE: Once I used BitPim to put new pics on, the ones that were screwed up disappeared, I guess it just boils down to me not quite understanding how all this works.

it sounds like there was a problem when you originally used BitPim, and maybe you changed something without realizing it. if you delete a wallpaper from your graphics file, it should completely dissapear and never re-appear again. i am not familiar with BitPim though, so maybe someone here can offer you help as to what may have been changed to cause that to happen..

this is happening to me to. I successfully deleted a few of the graphics the phone came with, but the last 2 I have deleted are now just blank. Im not sure what to do either.

Try powercycling the phone. I used the tutorial on this forum for adding graphics using BitPim and it has you delete all of the original images, upload your images, then powercycle. After the powercycle all of the original images are returned and your added images are there as well. There may be a situation where after you delete your added images there will still be a menu entry for it, but no data. When you powercycle the phone it may see that the file had been deleted and remove the menu entry. Don't know if this will work, but its worth a try. BTW, when you powercycle, you may want to do a "hard" reset; turn off the phone, pull the battery out and give any caps time to discharge (1 to 2 min), replace battery, turn on phone. Hope this helps!
