Nokia 6230 caller groups..HELLPPPPP!!!

hey !! how come the caller groups on the N6230 do not work .. i click on the right button ... & click on callergroups ... & BAM... it goes to the main screen .. tried it a lotta times .. same shitt ... i even tried the same thing in the settings folder & caller groups thing ... went back to the main screen again ... this is really freakin me out coz i'm not knowin which is an urgent call & which is nott .......
N6230 users !! .plzzz.... Shoot away .......

Do a quick factory reset to your phone, restart it, and it works. This has been discussed so many times you could do a search before asking.
