Made after getting my tin grey xpresson cover which is for the silver keypad, and by getting my hands on a graphite dummy phone. A bit of hacking sanding and a tiny bit of glue.

Nice cover pal! How did u get the screen/speaker part off? I want 2 do that with the black housing and using a silver keypad/screen/speaker part! Very gud work im impresed

I just took the silver xpresson cover and applied some firm pressure on the inside where the top of the screen and the ear pieces line up. If you press and flex the cover carefully you will find that the joins bend slightly and the gaps open out a bit..... Its tricky (especially to avoid scratching) but I manager to get a thin knif blade in the gaps and pry out the sections. They appear to be stuck in very lightly.

The tricky part was just getting the bits from the dummy phone filed down to the right thickness and glued in securely. I haven't figured out how to remove the screen part yet to replace it with the black one off the dummy, and I'm not sure its going to be possible.

Yes, I would also like to know how to take the front of the phone off..... I looked on the nokia site and they "showed how" but it just says pull the front half off away from the phone. but every time i try it just pulls back at the top half but not the bottom i am afraid if i pull to hard it is just going to break the face plate in half.

Get brave and pull harder............. the cover does have that feeling like it will break across the middle. Its like that with mine, but it will get to a point when the botom half will pop out quickly.
