Slider, Desktop Software, Calander? Does it work?

I have the Desktop Software and the syncing with contacts works perfectly, but the Calander syncing appears to work, but the phone doesn't recognize it.
In fact when look at the hex of the calender file on the phone, it doesn't write the information the same way the phone does...
Anyone else get this to work? Anyone? Bueller?
