Slider batter trouble>>>

Hey guys i got the slider from VW and i have noticed that no matter how long i charge the phone it never seems to have a full charge on it, i never get a message like fully charge or the little battery never stops scrolling like its charging... is this supposed to happen or should i take it in and get a new battery? keep in mind i just got it two days ago and im still way newb with the phone...

How long have you left it on the charger? I'll leave mine overnight, and in the morning, it says "charge complete".

also try turning it off while charging
it'll never get 100% i think if its on.
