Just upgraded my P900 to the latest firmware and now it will not sync via iSync. It will pair with the Powerbook just fine, but the iSync option is grayed out. GPRS dialing, file transfer, etc work fine..just no iSync. Even if it's paired to the laptop, iSync cannot find the p900 to add. I tried this on my 12 Powerbook and 15...same results...this sucks!

Thanks for the warning, but have you tried everything to restore functionality? You do say that GPRS dialing and file transfer are still working, which means BT connection seems fine.
Why don't you try removing the P900 from the list of iSync devices and add or set it up from scratch?

iSync will not detect the p900 at all if it's removed from the list...here's more info/complaints:

Could it have anything to do with Firewall? I've had my P900 for a few months now and had not had any issues with iSync. I haven't really done any FW upgrades, though.

my p900 came with the latest update. until just the other day i was unable to sync with isync. i believe the most recent panther update made this possible but i am not certain.

It's a very long, and involved thread... but if you take the time to read:

and

and

...you should be able to fix it. Those three portions of the post are the meat of the fix, but I did have to read through nearly 300 posts in that one thread, doing lots of little things to get it working.
Note, the only thing I did NOT have to do (and was suggested many many times) was downgrade the phones firmware or reset the phone's data.

Those Fixes Mentioned Will Work, However Downgrading Firmware Is Impossible......(Just A Note)
