Originally posted by rrs I received my phone back today from nokia, untouched. They refused to repair it. They said that it has a foreign IMEI and the phone is intended for foreign customers only. What kind of crappy technical support do they have here in the US? I remember a few years back, I bought a nokia phone here in the states and I took it with me when I made a one time trip overseas. Somewhere along the way, it developed a problem. I took the phone to a repair center with no questions asked. Half an hour later, I had a fully functional phone again. Is there a double standard here that I missed? Oh well, just another collection of paperweight on top of my desk, and perhaps my last nokia purchase. Way to go SE!!! |
