Wallpaper and BitPim problem on VX-6000 Help me please!

In the past I had no problem sending jpg images using BitPim to my phone. Now when ever I send them the end up blank on my phone. I have tryed it on someone elses vx-6000 and it still works fine. Im not sure if I accedentaly deleted or changed a file that would cause this. Please someone tell me what I can do to my phone to make it work again.
