Has anyone found any difference between "Vibrate", "Ringer Off", and "Silent"? They all just seem to be simple, identical vibrate settings. I couldn't find it in the manual or on the forum. Thanks.

silent doesn't vibrate. makes no noise at all (except the camera shutter sound) and will not make the power down/up noise.

ringer off also does not vibrate and turns off the ringer but you still get the power down/up sound and the message alert sounds.

vibrate obviously vibrates for the ringer, you get the power up/down sounds and the message sounds.

etiquette mode, even tho u didn't ask that one, vibrates for both ringer and messages, kills the power down sound but you get the power up sound.

Thanks for the answer. I tried it again and it worked like you said. For some reason, I thought it was vibrating before on all settings.
