Hello All,

I have a locked Treo 600 (T-Mobile) . Because the echo on the speakerphone is beyond annoying, I went to the Treo 600 firmware upgrade site and downloaded firmware 2.08.

I installed the firmware for 2.08 the install appeared smooth. Did a hard reset and checked the properties and it says that the 2.05 firmware is still installed.

Has anyone encountered this issue? I read the FAQ and it alluded to using the Tokenwriter, but I didn't fully comphrend the sceanarios where it would be used.

Any help would be grealy appreciated.

shouldn't you have don't a soft instead of a hard reset? just asking don't have one as yet
