What is the best way to sync the GX20/22 with your computer to download/upload pictures/videos/ringtones?
I've tried syncing the GX20/22 with infared on my notebook without success, and even with the USB cable, but even that did not work. I am using the handset manager out-of-the-box, also the serial cable did come with some sort of install cd, but it was of no use. Does anyone have working software for a USB cable? Or are there some settings that I am missing in order to make this work? Actually I've turned on the Data Cabling feature on my handset while trying to connect to the handset manager, but without luck, maybe someone can shed some light onto my problem?

hey at first the handset manager software didnt work for me when i went to settings and turned infrared via there but after i went to orgainser ---> pc link ---> infrared

when i did this the handset manager connected to my phone and i am able to send tones, pics, NOT JAVA thought > . < through infrared

I tried it already, maybe i'm doing something wrong?
I will try it again, it could also be that the handset manager i have is outdated?
If you have a link to the newest version that would be great!
