why is SE z600 having soo many problems??

y is it that SE z600 having sooo many problems like im thinking of buying the phone but am getting a bit scared to get it for the price of 400 because come on if the phone is that much hyped and has such features n then you buy it and find out that it dont work is not really encouraging. The Fido people should reconsider selling it for such a price, lower the price or make sure the software that the phone uses is at least workable. Cause it really is disappointing to see such a good phone to go to such a waste. now im thinkin if i should buy the phone or not??? 
wat do you people think?

Uh what problems? I haven't heard of any problems with the Z600. What on the phone doesn't work? Everything on mine works perfectly fine.
