Sell Z600, get Inno 90?

Would an Inno 90 be a worthwhile upgrade from my Z600?

probably not

I went from a Z600 to an inno90... I wouldn't consider it an upgrade at all, well... that depends on ur priorities on a phone. I jus wanted to try something different. Inno can actually be slower thru the menu at times, same with sms... now there's no more irda or bluetooth... but u get a colour ext display, better camera and better ringtones. So jus see what u want in the phone an that'll tell u if it'd be an upgrade for u or not

It's worth an upgrade if you consider IrDA and Bluetooth useless functions.

Thanks for the replies. I have never used IRDA and never intend to use it. As for Bluetooth, I do use a BT dongle with my Z600, but that's rarely and I find it as only an easier/faster way to transfer ringtones, pictures, and themes to and from the phone. I can live with downloading everything through WAP.

I want:
good looking screens
good camera
nice ringtones
easy to use UI
pop3 email

Now I love SE's UI. Does the Inno 90 have a good one?

Inno's ui is pretty good. It's not the best, nor anywhere near bad... i would just say that the SE's seems a bit more polished, cosmetically speaking. When i did the switch i didn't really find it any harder to use the inno at all. It has only 8 icons on the initial grid... but to me, on the z600, the top 3 icons were useless anyways.
Judging by what you're looking for, i think you'll be pretty happy with the inno. Keep in mind just one thing tho in regards to the ringtones... for some odd reason, innostream decided that although you can upload many of your own ringtones, you're only allowed the use of ONE custom/uploaded ringtone at a time.
ie... you can set diff ringtones to diff caller groups... but only with the built in ringtones. The ringtones you upload yourself, can only be used as the "main ringer" and all the custom group ringers, will just be selected from the other built-in ringtones.

get a Sharp GX-32
Mine just arrived today and I can tell you, It is AMAZING.
the screen is beautiful and the tones aren't bad at all
the camera is

I would suggest the sharp as well... but i might have assumed wrongly in that if he was looking at a Inno90, then it's a certain price range he was looking at. Because comparing ~400cad for an inno90... to almost 800-900 for a GX32, it's quite a jump. But if it's not the cost factor holding back, then by all means

I was looking for something worth my Z600 or less. If I had the money I wouldn't even dare spend that much on a cell phone (i.e. GX32).

I had a gx-32 really nice phone but on the larger side. Can't say much about the call quality or anything though because my mic was damaged and had to have it sent back.
