I have an innostream 90 along with the pc sync software and data cable, everything works fine. But when I upload the photo from the inno 90 to the PC, I cannot save the photo in .JPG or .GIF format. The only option I have is to save it as .HGF format, which I cannot view on m PC with Paint or Photoshop. Do I need a certain software or program to view that .HGF type of format? Or is there anyway that I can upload the photo from the inno 90 to the PC and save it as .JPG or .GIF format?

Others have had this problem... it's not really a problem... just that when you pressed the "to PC" button, it's already saved onto your hard drive. Try looking down in the folder where all your images are stored, and you should be able to see the picture from the phone saved in that folder.
