My Treo that is less than a month old has begun to not respond to the touch screen or buttons. Only after a hard reset will it semi respond enough to display on the screen but all action is delayed about 10 seconds. Then on it's own it will begin to function like it is supposed then after some time go back into its mode of not responding. I purchased the TREO thru ATT and do not have any 3rd party software, apps but only what came with the unit.
What sayest thou? Your help and input will certainly be appreciated.
Thanks
p.s. It has not been dropped, doused, drenched, sprinkled, subjected to high heat or humidity, or tampered with.

I know it's not what you want to hear but it sounds like some sort of hardware malfunction. You probably need to have it replaced.
