Dropped Connection

My phone was working fine and I can load music and stuff into it with breeze... until today... I DROPPED IT!!!!
and... it wont turn on for a while... then I took out the battery, then put it back in... and it was working normal again, the phone is... everything is there, all my info and stuff... but then when I try to add more songs for ringtones, it wont let me, it wont let me retrieve pictures either... can someone please tell me how to hardboot it? or whipe the memory or something? is there a "reset factorey setting" or something like that? cuz I know NOkia got that... dotn know if this one does...
I have an LG Vx-6000 btw... thanks!
If worst come worst, I'll bring it to the store and have it replace... I love this phone!
