Anyone figure out why the Photo ID only pops up for a second, and how to fix it? I didn't see anything here on this.

I noticed that too, but figured that was a phone default and there doesn't appear to be any way to change it. Anyone else find anything about this issue?

How do you set the Photo ID? Sorry im new at this. Can I keep a photo I take of something as my wallpaper even after I delete it from my gallery. Or does it have to stay in the gallery to stay as the wallpaper? Thnx

First, yes, I believe you have to keep it in your gallery in order to keep a wallpaper. You might be able to download it from your phone, convert it to the standard 120x131 or 120x160 and then add it back to your phone for the wallpaper. That way it won't be in your gallery, it will be stored with the other standard wallpapers.

As for setting the photo id, there are a couple of ways. I believe if you are viewing the photo, you have an options menu. On the menu is a 'set as' option. Use that option to set it to a contact in your phone book. Otherwise, if you are in your contacts, you can edit the contact and then set the 'graphic' for that contact. While editing the contact, it's the option that usually says 'default' and has a little mountain icon.
