I have bought my new s40(ver 5.0.0) for 3 weeks,but It was turned off by itself automatically twice already,pity!
what is the problem? and how can I do?

Mine is ver 3.2.0 and I have this problem also sometimes.
reset the phone may solve the problem.

Try bending the golden battery connectors. They sometimes lose contact.
