Horrible Warranty Service

Work for a USCC agent in Wisconsin. After we are out of 8900 and 8410 we will not order any more to sell. Audiovox warranty service is horrible...........Takes many weeks to get back and half the time the phone hasn't even been repaired. How can a company be so stupid to have a decent product and have such a rotten warranty reputation??? (We send the in warranty phones to the adr in the instruction manual)
