It is 100% free...I have ringtones on my site and I also have software and a step by step tutorial on how to upload ringtones to your phone...For those of you that have seen my post on here before:

There was an error that I found in the tutorial. I fixed it and I also put a new link to use M-Services Backup Editor instead of EMS Manager 1.2.4 for those of you who have had problems with EMS Manager.

Once again I would like to apologize for the confusion and the countless hours of racking your brain to figure out what the problem was.

The new tutorial has instructions on how to use EMS Manager and M-services backup editor.
