HELP with i-730 Camera?

ok i got the camera in the mail, and ive gotten different e-mails from different people telling me how to set up this camera, all i want to do is take my pictures!
i have the i-730
Also, i cant find a webJAL that i can download anywhere, everytime i click on one the link is dead or it just wont let me download does anyone have a direct link to where i can get one?
