I try to connect to the GET it NOW and it says unavailable to retrieve catalog , try again.
Any suggestions on what the problem is

I had the same problem when I got my Slider last week; Verizon had to make a change to my account specifications (no charge). I would suggest calling *86 and just tell them the problem.
