Get It Now questions

when you go under Get It Now there is a bunch of different programs you can buy... now each one says 1 use, 3 uses, and like 8 uses or whatever. You have to pay for that (a few have free trail things to test them out).
But my question is on the uses and then buying the songs.. Is the uses thing the amount of times you can use that program you buy? And if you pay for that program to use it, do you still have to pay for each song you download?
And if you buy songs to download, do you only get them for a certain amount of uses as well or a certain time period or something, or once you buy the song do u have it forever?
