hey !! i'v been harrpinn bout this issue for quite a long time now !!! my 6230's tones are DEFENITELY LOWER than the other phones i have ... is this a prob coz i transfer them for 4 chord polyphonics to my 24 chord 6230 ?? ok ! forget the ring tone volume !! even the CAMERA CLICKING soundd is MUCH MUCHH lower than even the 7250 .. the volume of the camera click is almost faintt !! is this a problem !! plzz advice me on this ! i bought my phone from abroad .. so i dunno if there's anyway to even return it if thr's a defectt ! pllzzz helppp !!!!!

ok all i know is that ive seen this problem before, but i also heard that once the f/w is updated that problem is fixed. This is all i heard so dont take my word as gossple.

what does that mean .. F/W ... & if its forwarding .. how exactly to we upgrade or modify it ? could u plzzz be a li'l more specific plzzzz.. btw.. thx for replyin

The FW means firmware ie software. And to update your phone, just take it to the local Nokia service center.
