can not download jad game on my t720

I have enable the java whit PST Phone Programmer 2.9
but when i try to download the game
i push download and everyimt ti write
Opening JAD file.............[OK]
Connecting the phone.........[TIMER EXPIRED]
Downloading canceled.
what i need to do??????
