Is it possible for me to DIAL UP using X70 ??

I¡¯m thinking of creating an internet connection on my laptop via my X70. Is it possible???
(Neither GPRS, Nor WAP, ,but dial the local ISP¡¯s number,, like AOL/Eirthlink........¡_)
Here is a pic from my computer.
It seems that X70 just works as another Modem 
However, I can not go through the ISP¡¯s number anyway 
Anybody here can help me?
