Can a v400 or v500 full housing fit on a v300??

I really need help with this. I have a V300 and want a v400,500, or 600 full houssing on it, and i have seen on this site that people have done so. But i also heard that u cant do it. I wanna kno the real answer to it so i can do it.

It is possible... and not even that hard.... The only hard part is getting the mirror that fits the casing for the v500.
