Possible to convert mp3's to midi with words?

hi guys..hopefully someone will be able to help me with this problem.

is it posible to convert mp3's to midi files (perhaps using a program) that has words in it (say...an eminem rap song)? Im asking because..id like to create some of my own ringtones, and i thought it would be relaly cool to do.

There IS a way, however, it may require you to have some MIDI editing programs to edit it further.

The program is called WIDI (go to google.com and search for WIDI, I don't know the name of the website!) You'll find a trial version which can convert a specific length of time. It isn't a costly program, do try it by downloading the trial.

When it converts the song, all the voices are piano, in which you would need to open the MIDI up in something like CUBASIS or MIDI MAKER to assign each chord its own voice.

NOTE: You have to convert the MP3 to a WAVE file before using it in WIDI (hence WIDI is a cross between WAVE and MIDI! )

technically no, it wouldn't sound anything like a mp3 or mmf because those are both recordings and a midi is a set of insctructions that tells your phone which note to play and for how long.
