Posted this in the Nokia Forum but got no feedback. Was hoping to try it here...

Anybody have a clue as to how to backup a PRL off of a Nokia phone (a 3585i successfully running on VZW)?

What software, what cables, what commands, what files, etc. would I need?

No need to hack - just backup...

DCT flashers, those are only GSM I believe.
Hey if you find anything out, I'm in the same boat. PM Me with an IM program and we can talk, as I'm looking for similar software.

They might be only GSM but I do know that their is a little blue plastic thingy that goes inbetween the computer and the phone and is specifically for working with the phone in Diego.

I've heard bad things about Diego though, like the people who designed it didn't seem to really know what a tech would need out of it. I've yet to use it so I don't really know.
