she must have a voice sound clip on the phone. if you have one you can set it as your voicemail notification

Whos your provider - mines USCC and I can download voice and sound effect ringers from the download shop.
Sometimes there not easy to find when your searching on the phone but if you go the the website you can look for them on there, then just type the code for the item into the phone and it goes right to that selection.
