i730 / Webjal Help!!!

I am so frustrated. I've been reading up on how to make my own wave ringtones and i am stuck!!! On WebJal, when I try to connect to phone. I get a mesage saying that the phone is busy performing another operation. Please wait until phone is finished and try again. But the phone is not doing anything. Should i turn it off or what? Please help and advise.

Never mind. i just turned my phone off and that fixed it.

Well for future reference you get that message when you have a java app running or suspended java app
