okay thats it, after im done with wongster you're next

kind of a pain to remove boxwave, wash and replace. let me know if you figure out how to do it dust free.

my tips:

hold the boxwave by the edges using your forefinger and thumb to make a ring. blow dry or air can dry after wash.

or

use a scotch tape to hold the non-sticky end while air drying. i try so hard to make it dust free but it's almost impossible. hey mr. Boxwave employee, any tips?

its a different type of screen protectors

boxwave and martin fields are two of best

Boxwave is actually a company which makes several PDA accessories.

www.boxwave.com

The screen protector being discussed is the Boxwave Clear Touch.

not necessarily. after my boxwave purchase, i saw some gadget websites that reviewed several screen protectors and many of them got quite high marks. again, just do a google search

The three best are definetly Boxwave, Brando and Martin Fields.

Boxwave and Brando are the exact same thing.

Marting Fields is the same as Boxwave and Brando minus the matte finish.

They are all removable, washable and easy to install.

hmm interesting.. i'm just use the fellowes screen protector.. and it worked..

Posted by: rossoneri

wongster, it just means you didn't buy into the marketing hype good for you!

Not true at all rossoneri.

The Fellowes product, while it does work, it not nearly the same as the Boxwave, Brando or Marting Fields.

The Fellowes product is:

1. Harder to install
2. Often leaves bubbles
3. Is not washable
4. Is not as slick, surface wise, causing the stylus sometimes to stick to the screen.
5. Doesn't last as long (which is why they include 12 in a pack.)

i have used fellowes before on other PDAs. the bubbles eventually go away. but they do tend to scratch easier - yes SCRATCH. i have a boxwaver SP but i am not really thrilled by it. to be honest, any piece of plastic that sticks on your screen and protects your screen is prolly good enough for 80% of users.
