After figuring how to add ringtones to my Slider phone by using Bitpim, I now want to delete some duplicate ringers from my phone. Could I just use the Kyocera Phone Desktop to overwrite the ringers. I tried to right click and select Delete using Bitpim but it didn't delete the ringer. Any tips would be appreciated.

Default ringers and sounds can not be removed from the Sliders. Only ringers you have added under your user area.

Those you should be able to just right-click on and delete them.

I tried to right click and delete dups that I had put on there. The tree would refresh as if it had deleted, however, nothing would change. I will try again later, maybe it will work. I want to delete all ringers I have put on there and then re-install only the ones I really want.

Just do it from your phone:

Go to Main Menu
Locate/Scroll to Media Gallery
Locate your sound and scroll left/right and choose delete
Should take care of it.
