Okay, I have a VZW phone, the Audiovox 8900 and I'm thinking of getting the Tungsten C as I need a palm. I dont want to get the Treo 600 because I want my phone to be my phone and my pda to be my pda.

I know the Palm Tungsten C has built in Wi-Fi, but does that mean the only way I can access the internet is if I'm near a hot spot? Is there a way I can buy Internet service so I can access the Internet on my Palm Tungsten C whenver and wherever I please?

Now heres the stupid question...If I'm connected to the web using my 8900, will the Palm Tungsten C be able to piggyback off that and access the internet?

In order to use your cell phone and Palm together to access the internet on the Palm you'll need a cable to connect the phone and the Palm together. Since neither the Tungsten C or the 8900 have bluetooth it'll be the only way.

Otherwise the only way you'll be able to access the web on the C is via a hot-spot. There is no built in wireless modem on the C.

Oh really, I can connect them via a wire?

So do you know where I can get a wire to connect my Audiovox 8900 to a Palm Tungsten C?
