First of all, NOT all salespeople are morons and I do NOT hate all of them, only the stupid ones.....

The screen of my slider went bad, just like many other people have complained. It was working fine but, some brown lines were starting to appear; it was just like the screen had "burned"..you know, just like old computer monitors.

Anyway, I went to the store to switch for a new phone and the gal tha helped me wa a complete MORON!! I showed it to her and she couldn't see the problem even after I explained and showed it to her many times. Then, she comes with the stupid question:" does it bother you?" I wanted to answer " no, I just came here to hear your annoying voice and see you ugly face" but, instead I said: "of course, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time coming here". Anyway, it took her a very long time to change the phone and when I saw the machine used for flashing and all that I thought I'd ask her something just to see how idiot she was:

me:" if I bring an unlocked phone can you flash with vz software?"

her:"unlocked?, fla--what, you have to buy a phone with us in order for it to work"

me:"never mind"

Basically, most of these people (not all of them) are dumb and just want to get their ××××ing commision and not anything for us when we need their help(i.e. flashing a phone).

I just wanted to share this with you guys. I hate when I go to stores and people there (supposed to be professionals) know less than me.

You should have asked to speak with a supervisor. That chick sounds as if she just got hired straight out of Mickey Dee’s.
