Hotmail not working !?

I switched my slider for a different one and now I can't check my e-mail or nothing like that. I checked it on my other phone 2 days ago and it worked and now it won't work anymore. I tried the same setup and nothing.

when i try to connect it says: 'sending' and it never connects...

i tried with: 66.208.106.16 port: 9201 and also
207.232.099.109, and the port to 9201

Does this have anything to do with the vz blocking the wap or something? Could I be doing something wrong?
