Help: Datapilot with LG4600

I just brought a Datapilot box set (software and cable) from RPIWireless. However the software come with the box (ver 3.1) does not support my LG 4600. Through the support, I've managed to upgrade to version 3.2.
However, we I try to change the setting to VX4600, the software cannot find the phone. Can anyone give me some hints?
I've checked the cable under device manager and it recognized the port as com3.
