yeah i was wondering if it was possible to add mp3s as a ringtone on this phone....i searched but no results...thanks

yes.
a) instal kyocera mp3 ringer maker from your 7135 cd
b) rename your mp3 to under 10 characters (stupid, i know, but its a known issue)
ie, instead of "really long song name.mp3" rename it to "longsong.mp3"
c) load up mp3 ringer maker and open the file, make sure its set to ringer (you can make custom flip/alarm/other sounds too), adjust the length (in kb, 50kb is short, about 5 seconds) and click create. a really high pitched tone will sound on your pc
d) a new file will be created in the dir where your mp3 is named something like "longsong.mp3.pdb", rename it to "longsong.pdb"
e) doubleclick on it to add it to install tool
f) hotsync
g) adjust your ringer on the 7135 to the new ringer, it'll be at the bottom of the list
