s40 on fido no voicemail???

Hey everyone, wondering if someone can help me. I have an unlocked s40 on fido prepaid service. my calls used to be diverted to voicemail when my phone was off but now its not. I tried diverting the unanswered calls but it said the service was not available. any suggestions?!

are you sure the voicemail number is saved on your sim card ?

I doubt its a sim card problem. I've had this problem before. The easiest solution is to call Fido tech support and have them re-establish the proper forwards. Or if you know which ones, you can do it yourself.
