HAH! They haven't even shipped yet!!! Some legal BS in the EU is going on and they haven't shipped yet...

I'm NOT happy but what can I do? A refund won't do me much good.

Sendo said something to the effect that we might be able to get the phone via other means (???) and asked if I wanted a refund due to the delays but as it's not on my priority list I figure it'll show when it shows... now if they release the phone and I haven't got the beta kit yet I'm going to be livid.

Yesterday Sendo has confirmed a delivery date for the Z100 via email to the developers. The Z100 will hit the european market by the end of october, this year. Rumors in some forums saying the price (with provider contract, which is a must have to use all functions...) will be around 549 EUR/ US $540.

We will see...
