loading mmf for vx 6000

I have an lg vx6000 and bitpim. I have had no problem loading midi files and even mp3 (with the .mid addeded to the end). Bitpim does not recognize mmf format. I added the .mid to the end and it loaded, but will not play. I have bitpim .7 test 11. Does anyone know how I can upload mmf files that work, or tell me a program that I can get. Thanks
